KOST USA is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team.  This position is responsible for working with and supporting an assigned list of customers and supporting outside sales personnel to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Respond effectively to customer phone calls and emails with a high sense of urgency to the satisfaction of both the customer and the Company

Have intermediate knowledge of KOST USA Product and Service Offerings

Communicate with customers and inside sales personnel to receive and enter orders in company business system

Utilize customer's business system if required to enter or gather information

Assist customers with information requests such as invoices, reports, safety data sheets, product data sheets, website links, pricing and 1st level support needs

Process customer returns and order changes according to established company policies

Assist outside sales with the customer on-boarding process including all service levels required

Provide timely feedback regarding the Voice of the Customer including service failures or concerns

Assist the credit department with collections on overdue accounts

Work with collaboratively with sales and key customers to provide up to date forecasts

Maintain accurate and up to date pricing information inside of the company business system at the direction of the sales person

Assist outside sales with selling tools including presentations, reports and other information as requested

Perform work in a timely manner preventing errors and omissions

Provide administrative assistance and support

Contribute positively to a professional, courteous and collaborative environment

Less than 5% travel required


Education and/or Experience                            

Associate's Degree and at least 2 years of prior B2B Inside Sales or Sales Support experience 

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunities
